Authors of the accepted one-page summary are requested to submit its final version and presentation materials as well as complete copyright transfer no later than Septempber 27th, 2024.

Final version of improved one-page summary

Final version of improved one-page summary pdf files MUST be IEEE Xplore compliant. In preparing final version, authors are optionally advised to consider comments given together with notification of acceptance. It is strongly recommended that authors use the IEEE PDF eXpress plus site so as to convert their Word Document file prepared using LTB-3D One-Page Summary Template to the PDF format. PDF files that are not IEEE Xplore compliant will not be included in the proceedings nor published. More importantly, summaries submitted, but finally not presented at the workshop, will not be published in IEEE Xplore.

Create an IEEE PDF eXpress account for LTB-3D by entering the conference ID: 64053X

• New users should follow the appropriate link to fill in the required information for creating a new account.
• Previous users of IEEE PDF eXpress can use their existing email Address and password.

For each conference paper, click 'Create New Title'.

Enter identifying text for the paper (paper Information).

Upload the required file for generating an IEEE Xplore-compatible pdf.

• Submit your source file in MS Word (.doc) format for conversion to pdf format.
• Previous users of IEEE PDF eXpress can use their existing email Address and password. For additional instructions, resources, helpful hints, and access to technical support, please go to IEEE PDF eXpress.
• You will receive online and email confirmation of successful upload.

You will receive the IEEE PDF eXpress-generated pdf file through your IEEE PDF express account. Your paper will get a unique ID code as the file name. Review pdf file to ensure that it views on screen and prints as you intended. Download the pdf file and check it carefully. If necessary, revisions of the source file may be submitted repeatedly (10 times). It is also possible to check the PDF file for IEEE Xplore-compatibility. If you submitted a pdf for checking, you will receive an email stating that PDF Passed or Failed the Check. In case you submitted a pdf file that failed the check, please address the required issue and submit a new file for checking.

When you have an acceptable, IEEE Xplore-compatible pdf file, submit your paper through PDF eXpress by clicking on the “Approve Paper” link. Your paper will be collected from the PDF eXpress site. Make sure the status of your file changed to "Approved".
IMPORTANT: Summaries submitted, but finally not presented at the workshop, will not be published in IEEE Xplore.

Copyright Transfer

Authors are requested to electrically complete transfer of copyright of their one-page summaries to IEEE at the time of submitting the final version. Please complete and upload your form through the LTB-3D 2024 submission site. Failure to return this form will preclude publication and presentation of your paper.

Presentation Materials

Presentation material (PowerPoint slides formatted in 6 slides per page format) will be distributed among participants on site. The copyright of the presentation materials belongs to the authors. Authors are requested to upload presentation materials in pdf format to LTB-3D 2024 submission site. Presentation materials (PowerPoint slides) will be distributed only to participants of LTB-3D 2024. For poster presenters, we have the request to limit the number of slides to a maximum of 6 (1 page) for their short oral presentation. Please upload your presentation files available for participants in pdf format to the LTB-3D 2024 submission site.
